How credits work
Section titled “How credits work”Mensula uses a credit system. Each AI operation — generating a render, chatting with the assistant, applying upscaling — consumes credits from your balance.
Your subscription includes a fixed monthly credit allowance, granted at the start of each billing cycle. Annual subscriptions grant those credits monthly under the annual subscription, not as a full annual allowance up front. Unused plan-included credits stay valid for 90 days while your subscription remains active, so you can carry over capacity into a busy month. If your subscription ends, any remaining plan-included credits are forfeited at the end of that final billing period.
If you need more credits in a given month, you can buy a one-time credit pack.
Free tier
Section titled “Free tier”The Free tier comes with 100 one-time signup credits to explore the platform. Signup credits are valid for 6 months. No credit card required. Once those are used, you can subscribe to a paid plan or buy a credit pack.

Credit packs
Section titled “Credit packs”One-time credit purchases for when you need extra capacity. Available on any plan, including the free tier.

Pack credits stack with your monthly allowance and stay valid for 12 months from purchase. If your subscription ends, pack credits keep their original validity.
Only unused plan-included credits are forfeited at the end of the final billing period.
What each operation costs
Section titled “What each operation costs”The cost per operation varies by model and resolution. Specific costs are surfaced in the app at the moment of action — you’ll see the credit cost before you commit to the operation.
Coming to docs: a detailed cost table per operation type. For now, the in-app surface is the source of truth.
Tips for stretching credits
Section titled “Tips for stretching credits”- Iterate small first — generate a low-resolution preview, then re-run at full resolution once the composition is dialed in.
