Frequently asked questions
Do credits expire?
How long credits stay valid depends on where they came from: plan-included monthly credits last 90 days, one-time credit packs last 12 months from purchase, and free signup credits last 6 months. If you cancel a paid plan, only unused plan-included credits are forfeited at the end of your final billing period; your pack and signup credits keep their original validity.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
