I’m not receiving the magic code email.

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Confirm the email address you entered is correct.
  • Wait 60 seconds — codes can occasionally take a moment to arrive.
  • If it still doesn’t show up, request a new code. Each new request invalidates the previous one.

Google sign-in fails.

  • Make sure you’re not blocking third-party cookies for Mensula.
  • Try in an incognito window to rule out a cached state issue.

“Access not available” after signing in.

You’re not currently on the closed-alpha allowlist. Mensula is invitation-only during alpha. Join the waitlist to be considered for the next onboarding wave.

My render failed or returned an error.

A few common causes:

  • Insufficient credits — check your remaining monthly credits in the app’s top bar. Buy a credit pack if needed.
  • Invalid input — very small images, corrupt files, or unsupported formats can cause failures. Re-export your reference and try again.
  • Transient backend issue — retry the operation. If it fails twice, contact [email protected].

My render looks nothing like my reference.

Try:

  • Increasing the structure adherence parameter so the render stays closer to the input geometry.
  • Switching to a more constrained generation mode if available.
  • Iterating with inpainting on the parts that drifted, rather than regenerating from scratch.

The app is slow to load.

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows/Linux).
  • If the issue persists, contact [email protected].

Generations are taking longer than usual.

Generation time depends on the model, resolution, and current load. During peak times, queue times can extend by a few seconds. If you see times multiple times longer than your usual baseline, write to [email protected] so we can look into it.
