Mensula is a Barcelona-based startup created with the aim of providing architects with the next-generation tools they need to carry out their work in the contemporary world.

Mensula is a digital architecture platform that integrates artificial intelligence natively into the architect's workflow, with the aim of streamlining tasks and emphasizing the creative design process as the architect's essential role.

Mensula is conceived as a modular platform: a set of diverse, interconnected tools that engage with the different phases of a project, from the earliest sketches to the construction stage. The first available module is Renders.

The platform is currently in a testing phase, known as the Alpha phase, prior to its official public launch, with the aim of being properly tested and developed.

Mensula's Renders module makes it possible to generate AI-assisted architectural visualizations from drawings or 3D models, and has been conceived and designed to offer a set of features that allow users to actively control the process in order to achieve the best possible result. At Mensula, we believe that creative control should always remain in the architect's hands.

In addition, Mensula Renders offers a simple, well-designed, and intuitive interface, with the ability to organize images by project and by project view.

Sure! We have created the app putting architects' needs front and center, but your working process may have parallelisms with that of the architect.

Yes, you can start to generate images only from text. The tools that Mensula offers may prove useful afterwards, as you continue working with the resulting images.

Yes. You can share your projects with other Mensula users to work together. More advanced collaborative features (real-time editing, shared comments, design reviews) are being added as the platform evolves.

Each AI operation (generating a render, chatting with the assistant, upscaling) consumes credits from your balance. Your subscription includes a monthly allowance, and unused credits stay valid for 3 months as long as your subscription remains active. You can also buy one-time credit packs for extra capacity.
