By accessing and using Mensula ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Mensula is an architectural design and visualization platform. The Service is currently in closed alpha and features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without prior notice.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused time. If you are within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected].
7. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mensula and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours.
8. Limitation of liability
Mensula shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
